Bagaimana cara Proses Naskah Dinas Elektronik?

PANDUAN TATA NASKAH DINAS ELEKTRONIK BAGIAN PROSES
1. Login
- Open the browser and go to https://ais.uinjkt.ac.id/ais/login.zul
- Input Username.
- Input Password.
- Click “Login” button.
- User will be redirected to Home Page.
2. Forgot Password
- Click "Apakah Anda Lupa Password?" button.
- Input Username.
- Click link that is received on the email.
- Input New Password.
- Input New Password Confirmation
- Click "Submit" button.
3. Home Page
After login succeed, user will be redirected to Home Page.
4. Persuratan Online - Proses
- Add Penomoran Surat
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Proses.
- Click “Penomoran Surat”.
- Click “Tambah Data” button.
- Form add Pendataan Nomor Surat will appear.
- Choose Sifat Surat value on “Sifat Surat” column.
- Choose Unit Kerva value on “Unit Kerja” column.
- Choose Klasifikasi Surat value on “Klasifikasi Surat” column.
- Choose Jenis Surat value on “Jenis Surat” column.
- Input Keterangan value on “Keterangan” column (may be blank).
- Input Tujuan value on “Tujuan” column.
- Checklist if verified (nomor surat will generate), and unchecklist if not verify.
- Upload attachment if any with “Tambah Lampiran” button (may be blank).
- Click “Simpan” button to save.
- Search Penomoran Surat
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Proses.
- Click “Penomoran Surat”.
- Input No Surat / Unit Kerja / Tanggal Surat / Tanggal Pengajuan / Jenis Surat / Status Verifikasi / Klasifikasi Surat.
- Click “Cari Data” button.
- Update Penomoran Surat
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Proses.
- Click “Penomoran Surat”.
- Click “Ubah Data” button.
- Form Pendataan Nomor Surat will be pop up.
- Delete Penomoran Surat
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Proses.
- Click “Penomoran Surat”.
- Click “Hapus Data” button.
- Click “OK” to Delete.
- Add Surat Masuk Admin
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Proses.
- Click “Surat Masuk Admin”.
- Click “Tambah Data” button.
- Form Add Pendataan Surat Masuk will appear.
- Choose Klasifikasi Surat value on “Klasifikasi Surat” column (may be blank).
- Choose Jenis Surat value on “Jenis Surat” column (may be blank).
- Choose Date Accepted value on “Tanggal Diterima” column.
- Checklis if Internal UIN, Unchecklist if External UIN.
- Choose Unit value on “Unit” column.
- Asal Surat column will be automatically filled from Unit value.
- Input Nomor Surat value on “Nomor Surat” column (may be blank).
- Input Tanggal Surat value on “Tanggal Surat” column (may be blank).
- Input Ringkasan value on “Ringkasan” column (may be blank).
- Choose Sifat Surat value on “Sifat Surat” column.
- Input Tujuan Surat value with “Ambil Pegawai” button (may be blank).
- Upload attachment if any with “Tambah Lampiran” button (may be blank).
- Click “Simpan” button to save.
- Search Surat Masuk Admin
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Proses
- Click “Surat Masuk Admin”.
- Input No Asal Surat / Tanggal Surat / Ringkasan Surat / Unit / Tanggal Diterima / Pengolah /
Jenis Surat / Internal UIN. - Click “Cari Data” button.
- Update Surat Masuk Admin
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Proses.
- Click “Surat Masuk Admin”.
- Click “Ubah Surat” button.
- Form Pendataan Surat Masuk will be pop up.
- Delete Surat Masuk Admin
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Proses.
- Click “Surat Masuk Admin”.
- Click “Hapus Surat” button.
- Click “OK” to Delete.
- Print Lembar Disposisi
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Proses.
- Click "Surat Masuk Admin"Click.
- “Lembar Disposisi” button.
- Laporan Lembar Disposisi will be pop up
- Print Kartu Kendali
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Proses.
- Click “Surat Masuk Admin”.
- Click “Cetak Kartu Kendali.
- Laporan Cetak Kartu Kendali will be pop up.
- Search Monitoring Surat
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Proses.
- Click “Monitoring Surat”.
- Input No Asal Surat / Unit / Ringkasan Surat / Tanggal Surat / Tanggal Diterima.
- Click “Cari Data” button.
