Bagaimana cara Pendataan Naskah Dinas Elektronik?

PANDUAN TATA NASKAH DINAS ELEKTRONIK BAGIAN PENDATAAN
1. Login
- Open the browser and go to https://ais.uinjkt.ac.id/ais/login.zul
- Input Username.
- Input Password.
- Click “Login” button.
- User will be redirected to Home Page.
2. Forgot Password
- Click "Apakah Anda Lupa Password?" button.
- Input Username.
- Click link that is received on the email.
- Input New Password.
- Input New Password Confirmation
- Click "Submit" button.
3. Home Page
After login succeed, user will be redirected to Home Page.
4. Persuratan Online - Pendataan
- Add Jenis Surat
- Login.
- Click "menu" button.
- Click "+" button at persuratan online.
- Click "+" at pendataan.
- Click "Jenis Surat".
- Click "Tambah Data" button.
- Form add pendataan jenis surat will appear.
- Input Jenis Surat on the "Jenis Surat" to add Jenis Surat value.
- Input Keterangan on the "Keterangan" to add Keterangan value.
- Click "Simpan" button save.
- Search Jenis Surat
- Login.
- Click "menu" button.
- Click "+" button at persuratan online.
- Click "+" at pendataan.
- Click "Jenis Surat".
- Click Search Column.
- Input jenis surat that will be searching for.
- Click “Search” button.
- Update Jenis Surat
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Jenis Surat”.
- Click “Ubah Data” button.
- Form Edit Jenis Surat will be pop up.
- Delete Jenis Surat
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Jenis Surat”.
- Click “Delete” button.
- And click "OK" to delete.
- Add Klasifikasi Surat Baru
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Klasifikasi Surat”.
- Click “Klasifikasi Surat Baru” button.
- Form add Klasifikasi Surat Baru will appear.
- Input Kode Klasifikasi on the “Kode Klasifikasi” to add Kode Klasifikasi value.
- Input Name on the “Nama” to add Name value.
- Checklist if active, and Unchecklist if inactive.
- Input Keterangan on the “Keterangan” to add Keterangan value.
- Click “Simpan” button to save.
- Update Klasifikasi Surat Baru
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Klasifikasi Surat”.
- Click “Ubah Data” button.
- Form Edit Klasifikasi Surat will be pop up.
- Delete Klasifikasi Surat Baru
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click Klasifikasi Surat.
- Click “Delete” button.
- And Click “OK” to delete.
- Add Klasifikasi Surat List
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Klasifikasi Surat”.
- Click “Klasifikasi Surat List” tab.
- Click “Tambah Data” button.
- Form add Pendataan Klasifikasi Surat will appear.
- Input Kode on the “Kode” to add Kode value.
- Input Name on the “Nama” to add Name value.
- Choose Klasifikasi Surat Parent If new data has parent. (May be blank).
- Checklist if active, and Unchecklist if inactive.
- Input Keterangan on the “Keterangan” to add Keterangan value.
- Click “Simpan” button to save.
- Search Klasifikasi Surat List
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Klasifikasi Surat”.
- Click “Klasifikasi Surat List” tab.
- Input kode/nama/parent value that will be looking for.
- Click “Search” button.
- Update Klasifikasi Surat List
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Klasifikasi Surat”.
- Click “Klasifikasi Surat List” tab.
- Click “Ubah Data” button.
- Form Edit Pendataan Klasifikasi Surat will be pop up.
- Delete Klasifikasi Surat List
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Klasifikasi Surat”.
- Click “Klasifikasi Surat List” tab.
- Click “Delete” button.
- And Click "OK" to Delete.
- Update Unit Kerja Tree
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Indeks Unit Kerja”.
- Click “Ubah Data” button.
- Form Edit Unit Kerja Tree will be pop up.
- Search Unit Kerja List
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Indeks Unit Kerja”.
- Click “Unit Kerja List” tab.
- Input Kode/Nama/Parent value that will be looking for.
- Click “Search” button.
- Update Unit Kerja List
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Indeks Unit Kerja”.
- Click “Unit Kerja List” tab.
- Click “Ubah Data” button.
- Form Edit Pendataan Unit Kerja will be pop up.
- Add Ruangan
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Ruangan”.
- Click “Tambah Data” button.
- Form add Pendataan Ruang will appear.
- Input Room Name on the “Nama Ruangan” to add Room Name value.
- Input Room Code on the “Kode Ruangan” to add Room Code value.
- Choose Gedung value on the “Gedung” to select which building that room will be add.
- Input Floor on the “Lantai” to add floor value.
- Input Faculty on the “Fakultas” to add Faculty value (may be blank).
- Input Capacity on the “Kapasitas Ruangan” to add capacity value.
- Input Room Category on the “Kategori Ruangan” to add Room Category value (May be blank).
- Choose “Ya” if classroom or choose “Tidak” if not a classroom.
- Input Luas m2 on the “Luas m2” to add Luas value (May be blank).
- Choose “Ya”/ "Tidak" if room for Ujian Mandiri (May be blank).
- Choose “Ya”/ "Tidak" if room Boleh pakai (May be blank).
- Choose Kepemilikan Value on “Kepemilikan” column to add kepemilikan value (May be blank).
- Choose Peruntukkan Value on “Peruntukkan” column to add Peruntukkan value (May be blank).
- Input Utilisasi Ruang on the “Utilisasi Ruang” column to add utilisasi ruang value (May be blank).
- Choose Penanggung Jawab Value on “Penanggung Jawab” column to add penanggung jawab value (May be blank).
- Checklist if ruang utama, and unchecklist if not ruang utama.
- Checklist if tampil akreditas, and unchecklist if not tampil akreditas.
- Click “Simpan” button to save.
- Search Ruangan
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Ruangan”.
- Input Nama Ruangan / Kode Ruangan / Gedung / Fakultas / Tampil di Akreditasi / Kapasitas
Ruangan / Kategori Ruangan / Merupakan Ruang Kelas / Untuk Ujian Mandiri. - Click “Search” button.
- Update Ruangan
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Ruangan”.
- Click “Ubah Data” button.
- Form Pendataan Ruang will be pop up.
- Delete Ruangan
- Login.
- Click “Menu” button.
- Click “+” button at Persuratan Online.
- Click “+” button at Pendataan.
- Click “Ruangan”.
- Click “Hapus Data” button.
- And Click “OK” to Delete.
